How can I add a missing swipe?

In order for Customer Care to add you visit credit to your UNITY by Hard Rock account, they will need a few things to proof your visit / stay:
1. Customer Care needs your Hard Rock Rewards account number.
2. They need you to attach a copy of your receipt from the Cafe, Hotel or Rock Shop. So, very important: Keep your receipts. Furthermore a picture of you in front of the location is very helpful. A simple selfie would be great and helps a lot.
3. Customer Care will need the dates you visited the location in the past.
