Hard Rock International, in partnership with the Luneng Group, officially opened the Hard Rock Hotel Dalian on July 1, 2020. The inauguration ceremony featured the unveiling of a massive guitar sculpture on Golden Pebble Beach—a dramatic, signature moment—and an electrifying live performance by a rock band. The opening was attended by senior representatives from Hard Rock International, Luneng Group, and local government, underscoring the importance of this landmark development.
Because of the timing of the opening, the hotel launched under Hard Rock’s SAFE + SOUND health program, which includes rigorous cleanliness and hygiene protocols. This ensured that even in challenging times, the brand maintained its high safety standards.

The hotel boasts 210 rooms and suites that offer an oasis of calm, many with balconies and ocean views over the Yellow Sea.
